At BuggyBlissNI we take great pride in our service and are confident you will be happy with the results.  Upon collection / delivery please check items as soon as possible and if you have any concerns contact us within 24 hours. 

Only items pre-booked will be cleaned.  Accessories are charged seperately and must be pre-booked.  We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items that have not been scheduled for cleaning. 

Your items will be wrapped for return to keep then clean and safe during transit.  We recommend removing the items from this wrapping and allowing them to air as soon as possible.  

Avoid storing items in sheds, garages, conservatoriesm roofspaces or other outdoor spaces as this can cause mould growth.  Instead, store in a warm and dry area. 

While we do our best to remove stains, marks and mould complete removal is not always possible.  

In some cases, additional cleaning time may be required.  If so, we will inform you. 

For items severely affected by long-term mould, a chlorine-based treatment may be used.  It will be fully rinsed, laundered and steam cleaned to remove any residue. 

If an item is lost or damaged, we will replace it with a like-for-like item.
